MotoRide ArbaMinch is a marketplace platform that connects riders with independent motorbike taxi drivers in Arba Minch. MotoRide ArbaMinch does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Fares for rides booked through the Service will be displayed before you confirm a ride request. By confirming a ride, you agree to pay the displayed fare. Payments are processed through third‑party payment processors.
We are not liable for the actions or inactions of drivers or riders. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
